Uh oh...not happy?  It doesn't happen often but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase at tobaccohavennh.com, you may return your product(s) for a refund in the exact manner to which you paid, exchange, or request a store credit.  All returns must be received within seven (7) business days of the purchase date and require a Return Authorization number.

Please call toll free 1-888-68-SMOKE (1-888-687-6653) OR email us at tobaccohaven@comcast.net to receive a Return Authorization number which you will write on the exterior of your package prior to mailing back to us.  On receiving your return, we will immediately email you to let you know we've received your package safe and sound.  If you requested an exchange, your item(s) will be sent out the same day we receive your return.  If you request a refund, your credit card will be credit.
